Dr. Andrew J. Managing multiple domestic and international law enforcement training projects, including those of a highly-sensitive or classified nature, he is a recognized expert within the international law enforcement community as founder and innovator of the Full Spectrum Intervention (FSI), Interactive Reality-Based Training (IRBT) and Tactical Decision-Making Team (TDMT) models for the effective management of violent escalations.
